For the fastest fix, include your device type, app version, what you expected, and what happened. Never send your password.
Account and data
You can sign out or permanently delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your active Tandem records. For a privacy request, include the email used for your account and the words “Privacy request.”
Subscriptions
Purchases and renewals are managed by your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Use “Manage subscription” in Tandem or your device’s subscription settings to change or cancel a plan. If Plus access does not appear after purchase, use Restore Purchases first.
Reminders
Confirm that notifications are enabled for Tandem in device settings and that Focus or battery-saving settings are not suppressing alerts. Reminder delivery can vary slightly by operating system.
