Using Tandem
You may use Tandem for lawful personal purposes if you are at least 13 and can form a binding agreement in your location. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with other users.
Subscriptions
Tandem Plus may be offered at $39.99 per year or $5.99 per month, with a seven-day trial where displayed by your app store. Prices can vary by region and may change for future billing periods with notice required by the store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal.
Loyalty rewards
Eligible subscribers may earn promotional renewal offers by meeting in-app consistency milestones. Rewards have no cash value, may depend on store eligibility, and cannot be transferred. Tandem will not remove a reward already marked as earned unless it resulted from fraud or a technical error.
Your content
You retain ownership of routine names, tasks, and other information you enter. You give Tandem a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Availability
We work to keep Tandem reliable but may change, pause, or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or operational risk. Features may differ across devices and app versions.
Disclaimer and liability
Tandem is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that routines, reminders, insights, or rewards will produce a particular health or productivity outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Tandem is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
