Privacy policy

Tandem is a routine-support tool, not a medical service. We do not sell personal data or use routine data for advertising.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate Tandem: your email address, first name, routines, tasks, reminder choices, completion history, account settings, and subscription status. If notifications are enabled, we may store a device identifier or notification token. Basic technical logs may include app version, device type, error details, and approximate timestamps.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, save and sync routines, calculate progress, deliver reminders, verify subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not intentionally collect diagnoses, clinical records, precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers.

Service providers

Tandem relies on Bubble to host application data and on Apple or Google to process mobile subscriptions and distribute the app. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

Account information remains while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from Settings in the app. Active records are removed promptly; limited encrypted backups and security logs may remain for up to 30 days unless longer retention is legally required.

Your choices

You can edit routine data, disable notifications in device settings, manage subscriptions through Apple or Google, and delete your account in the app. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to certain processing.

Children

Tandem is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information, we will delete it. Users under the age of legal majority should use Tandem with a parent or guardian.

Security

We use access controls, privacy rules, strong account-password requirements, encrypted network connections, and regular automated security checks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Tandem evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Privacy requests can be sent to support@twodime.tech or submitted through the Tandem support page.
